Fresh Desi Country Chicken (1100g-1300g) is sourced fresh and prepared hygienically for cooking. The chicken should have a natural pinkish colour, firm and moist flesh, and a clean, mild natural aroma. It should not have any slimy texture, strong unpleasant odour, or unusual discoloration. For best quality, keep the chicken refrigerated at 0–4°C and consume within 1–2 days. For longer storage, freeze promptly at -18°C or below. Avoid repeated thawing and refreezing.
